Note to self: Be here now.

A white woman with brown hair and bangs wearing a polka dot sweater, holding a little girl with a yellow dress and blue bow in her hair.

The past two years have been a time of personal transformation. Becoming a mother. Living amidst a global pandemic. All on top of the usual ebb and flow of change. I’ve watched as my free time consolidated itself to the early morning hours and a sliver each afternoon. I was reminded of the joy of being still and of the contentedness that comes from being here - wherever that may be - now. I rediscovered the thrill of a beginner’s mind. All of this change swirled around as I daydreamed about the next chapter, reimagining priorities and closely studying my passions. This site has been a labor of love, created in the spaces between. Before dawn. While my daughter napped. A few moments stolen before collapsing into bed. I see it as the perfect launching pad for everything that is yet to come.

Take a wander around and please, don’t hesitate to reach out, even if just to say hi. I’d love to hear from you!

I hope you enjoy and remember, it’s never too late. Now is the time to celebrate, to seek joy, to see beauty, to just be.

xx Maria
